Ethiopia has seen major infrastructure developments in the last decades with the highways, railways and energy sector becoming areas of interest for many investors. We have been at the forefront position advising foreign lenders in relation to the validity, enforceability and extension of sovereign debt, loan credit facilities and sovereign debt guarantees in connection with the construction of railways in Ethiopia.
